Promotional prices are time-limited and may end at any time. Price adjustments are not available for previous purchases. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise (e.g., “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”), promotional purchases follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.
8. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. If a shipment is refused, returned, or not delivered due to failure to pay required duties/taxes, we may be unable to provide a refund.
9. Order Cancellation and Changes
You may request cancellation before the order ships by contacting us.
Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
