Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Window & Conditions
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
After approval, items must be shipped back within 7 days.
Items must be new, unused, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging.
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as items clearly marked on the product page as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”, and any other categories stated at purchase.
3. How to Start a Return (Return Procedure)
Step 1: Email support@dcpowerlab.com with your Order Number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. For quality issues, we may request photos.
Step 2: Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item(s) back according to the provided instructions and email us your tracking number.
Step 4: Within 2–5 business days after our warehouse receives and approves your return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.
We reply within 2 business days.
4. Return Address
Returns require prior approval. After your return is approved, we will provide the return address by email.
Please do not send returns to the address printed on your package.
5. Refunds (Amounts & Timing)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For non-defective returns, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will refund the item price and the original shipping fee. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs with proof of payment.
After we issue the refund, your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the funds (typically 2–5 business days).
Duties/Taxes: Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged/Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting support@dcpowerlab.com. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
9. Non-Delivery (60-Day Delivery Protection)
If your order is not successfully delivered within 60 days from the shipping date, please contact us with your order number for a full refund, except where non-delivery is caused by incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay required duties/taxes.
