Shipping policy

At DCPower Lab, we aim to provide reliable shipping service worldwide. All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather, holidays, peak seasons, and carrier delays.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days after placement. Processing time may be impacted by stock availability, peak seasons, and national holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Shipping time starts from the shipping date (not the order date).

United States (Mainland): 6-8 business days

Alaska & Hawaii: 10-15 business days

United Kingdom: 5-8 business days

European Union: 5-8 business days

Canada: 7-10 business days

Australia: 7-10 business days

New Zealand: 10-15 business days

Rest of World: 7-20 business days

Total delivery estimate = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Shipping time above.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees vary by country/region, typically ranging from $5.99 to $29.99.

Free international shipping on orders over $39.99, excluding New Zealand.

Free mainland US shipping on orders over $39.99, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Surcharges may apply:

New Zealand: additional $14.99 (and not eligible for free international shipping)

Puerto Rico: additional $14.99

Alaska & Hawaii: additional $14.99

Final shipping costs and any applicable surcharges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@dcpowerlab.com and we will try to assist.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs authorities may delay release of parcels at their discretion. If an order is refused, returned, or not delivered due to unpaid duties/taxes, we may be unable to provide a refund.

5. Tracking & Shipping Carriers

We ship via 4PX / USPS / Royal Mail (or other carriers depending on destination). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a trackable tracking number.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address or recipient unavailability, the customer is responsible for providing a corrected address and paying any additional carrier fees incurred for re-delivery.

Once an order is shipped, we may be unable to change the address during transit.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 15 days, or your order appears lost, contact us at support@dcpowerlab.com and we will assist.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

8. 60-Day Delivery Protection (Non-Delivery Refund)

If your order is not successfully delivered within 60 days from the shipping date, please email us your order number and we will issue a full refund, except where non-delivery is caused by:

incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer,

refusal of delivery, or

failure to pay required duties/taxes.

9. Order Cancellation and Changes

You may request cancellation before the order ships by contacting support@dcpowerlab.com.

Once the order has been processed/shipped, cancellations or changes are generally not available.
